 For today, I decided to take a day off to relax my body and mind after a period of activity and study, it was a good opportunity to relax my muscles and regain my energy.


I spent time at home doing simple things like reading, watching TV, eating a delicious and nutritious meal, making sure I comforted myself completely so that I could get back on the road more strongly.


At night I decided to go for a small walk in the beautiful atmosphere to relax my nerves and enjoy the fresh air today was calm and relaxed and I felt ready to start again with a ball with all activity and enthusiasm.
