day 21


Today I decided to start my day with resistance exercises in the gym I focused on the upper muscles of the body such as the chest and shoulders I felt that I am getting stronger gradually and this is a great feeling in my hand after the exercise I went to college and finished my lectures and I was focused on taking important notes

After I came home I decided to continue learning the basics of programming and focused on the concept of loops I found that learning programming in my hands is a fun mental challenge that helps me think logically After I finished studying programming I worked on solving some simple problems to practice writing codes Thanks to these daily exercises I notice a big improvement in my understanding of the basic concepts

On the health side, I made sure that my meals were balanced and healthy throughout the day, and I had a snack consisting of fruits and nuts to feel energetic and energetic. I kept drinking enough water to keep my body hydrated.

At night I took some time to relax and enjoyed reading a book about self-development I felt that today was a combination of physical activity and learning and relaxation and this balance helps me achieve my goals better
