 For today, I started feeling a little tired, but I decided to continue and concede. I focused on strength training, which made me feel like I had achieved a need. I took care to eat a balanced and healthy meal and committed to a good sleep routine, which helped me boost my energy and recharge. I kept noticing that sticking to this routine improves my mood and ability to concentrate in school.


I took a little time for mental meditation, which helped me relieve myself from stress and feel more psychologically comfortable.
