Day 1


From the first day of the 45-day challenge, I was very excited and felt that I had to make a real difference in my life. I didn't just go to the gym or diet, but I decided to focus on improving my overall health, both physical and mental. My goal is not only to be stronger or more flexible, but I also see how much my commitment to a healthy lifestyle affects my psyche and my way of thinking, and it will help me focus on my studies, and it will remain a challenge for me to reconcile gym, sports and my studies. Every day I think about the progress I make, and I feel that this is not just a physical challenge, but also a challenge to my will, because if I succeed in this challenge, it will be a big push for me to any other challenge that faces me.
