 Today I focused on developing my skills besides aerobics. I decided to take time to read and look for new topics that would benefit me in studying and improving my fitness. I did some new exercises to strengthen the upper muscles of the body, and I felt a fun challenge as I tried a new need.


Also, I agreed with my friends that we are working on a group of exercises together, in order to motivate each other and encourage each other to continue. This sense of collectivity is a great push to continue and not give up easily.
