Today I decided to do a different exercise a little so I focused on flexibility and stretching exercises I felt that it helps relieve tension and muscle tension and also helps me improve the general movement of the body after exercise I decided to rest a little and drink a warm drink like green tea to relax my nerves and regain my activity
I also did some study and reviewed important things in my lessons to be ready for the next week I felt that the combination of exercise, rest and study gives me a very good balance and helps me maintain my energy level
I am happy with the progress I have made so far and continue on the way to achieving my goals
