 Until today I felt that I need to change a little bit of the routine I decided to try something new in the exercise and this was jumping rope I found that this change made me feel a different activity and energy I also did some stretching exercises after the gym to avoid any injuries or muscle strain Lunch was a vegetable salad with some protein to maintain my healthy diet that I am used to the last two weeks and at night I decided to take a little rest and watch a movie to relax my mind and body This day made me I feel that the change in the daily routine is important and useful so that I improve continuously without feeling bored or boring routine
