Day 3


  Here we are again, on the next day of the 45-day challenge, I decided to look at the impact of sport on the psychological state. I found that exercise not only benefits the body, it also improves mood and reduces stress and anxiety. Exercise helps the body secrete hormones such as endorphins, which make a person feel comfortable and happy after exercise. And from the time I started the challenge, I feel that my feelings are better and my concentration is better.
