Day 2
On the second day of the 45-day challenge I focused on the impact of sport on health. I found that regular exercise improves heart and lung health, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Sport also strengthens muscles and bones, and improves flexibility and balance. Every day I practice with a sense that I am better in my psyche and energy and this is a greater motivation to complete.
