day 17
Today I decided to focus on endurance exercises I did some long runs to increase my endurance and improve my cardio fitness I felt a new challenge and this made me make a greater effort and I also did some abdominal exercises to strengthen these muscles more
After the exercise I decided to rest a little and eat a healthy snack with protein and light carbohydrates to regain my energy and avoid fatigue at night I took care to review some of my lessons and prepared for the next school day I felt that the balance between exercise and study has positive results
Today was full of challenge and hard work and I felt continuous progress in maintaining this enthusiasm to achieve my goals
