Day 16
Today I decided to focus on improving physical fitness comprehensively. I started with cardio exercises that raise the heart rate and improve respiratory capacity. After that, I did some strength exercises for the lower muscles of the body, and I felt a new challenge that makes me exert more effort.
In the middle I took a healthy break and enjoyed some fresh natural juice that gives energy and benefits the body too I tried today to relax the mind a little by listening to calm music while I am lying and this helped me a lot in relieving stress
Today was full of activity and challenge and I felt that I have come a long way in improving my fitness and my readiness for the coming challenges
