day 13
Today I decided to take a light break from the strenuous exercise, and focused on self-care. I started the day with light yoga exercises to increase flexibility and psychological comfort. After yoga, I went out for a walk in nature and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful views of our village in the countryside. This helped me relax and think clearly.
In the afternoon, I read a new chapter of the healthy nutrition book I started, and enjoyed preparing a new healthy meal. This rest day was important for me to rejuvenate and improve mood, and I felt that I was ready for the rest of the challenge with new and positive energy.
