day 12


 For today, it was a day of exploring and trying new needs. I decided to focus on cardio to improve my cardiorespiratory fitness. I tried running longer than usual and used some new machines in the gym. The change in the type of exercise helped me feel more energetic and energetic.


Also, I decided to try a new healthy recipe for lunch. Preparing healthy food is fun and beneficial at the same time. I felt that I looked properly nourished and this reflected in my activity level throughout the day. And I feel constantly improving as I discover and try new needs.
